He has established proprietary concern in 1999 and partnership firm M/S MS AGARWAL & CO. in 2004 along with partner CA Sivani Agarwal. He completed his graduation from Hyderabad. CA Madhu Sudan Agarwal has completed post qualification course on Valuation from ICAI and Insurance Brokers Examination in 2003 of Direct Broker from IRDA.

He has vast experience in various types of audit including internal audit, tax audit and statutory audit.
He also has experience as a financial advisor, consultant. He is equipped with rich knowledge in the field of Direct and Indirect taxation.
